LaDonna Miles – Personal Trainer

LaDonna Miles is a strength and conditioning specialist with over 18 years of experience. LaDonna is a former athlete who played softball and basketball year round for 8 years while in school. She was also part of a collegiate women’s flag football team who won 2 regional championships and finished 6th in the nation. She currently holds a black belt from World Class Martial Arts in Muay Thai Kickboxing and has some training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She worked as a strength and conditioning coach for Velocity Sports Performance and as a Personal Trainer at American Family Fitness and Victory Lady before joining the military. LaDonna is an Air Force veteran who served 4 years on active duty and 3 years in the Air National Guard. She is currently pursuing a Personal Trainer certification. LaDonna holds a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance from Virginia Commonwealth University. She also holds a second bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Business Management from ECPI University as of August 2017.
