I have been working with Stephanie for three months and have seen huge improvement in my strength, My body is changing too and friends are commenting on my shapely arms!

Stephanie is warm, caring and so much fun to work with; she varies the workout every time and encourages me to give every movement my all…and I do it for her! She has given me hope and then proven to me that, even though I am in my fifties, I can still work out hard and make changes in my body. I never expected to take up strength training, but now Im committed to it, and I have found that it is a perfect complementary exercise to my yoga practice.
