Erin Phillips


Erin has been training with us in group classes for 6 weeks, averaging 3 times per week. She has a beautiful 4 month old baby boy and has been working hard at getting that “baby weight” off.  I am SO excited to share with you her results so far! In just 6 weeks Erin has lost 10.5 pounds, lost a whopping 13.4 inches off of body,  lost.4% body fat and gained 6 pounds of muscle!  She is thrilled with her results and can’t wait to see what the next 6 months will bring!  Congratulations Erin!  (October 29, 2014)
