TSF SPORTS YOUTH TRAINING PROGRAM
At TSF we are not only passionate about helping our adult clients with their health and fitness, we want to make our young adults a priority too! We understand the importance of good health and exercise and recognize that it’s critical to provide programs that encourage our youth to be active, fit and even more competitive in their chosen sport!
Our TSF SPORTS program is designed for the middle / high school athlete who wants to continue training during the off season and/or through the summer to gain a competitive edge in their sport for the upcoming season. GIVE YOUR ATHLETE AN ADVANTAGE OVER THE COMPETITION WITH OUR EXCLUSIVE YOUTH TRAINING PROGRAM! Our Sports Performance classes address the specific needs of teens and high school athletics. Education and performance focused training by certified personal trainers includes flexibility, strength, speed and agility in a small group setting. This allow for personalized training within a competitive team atmosphere.
8 Week Training Program – $199 per athlete*
Only 20 spots available to ensure personalized attention
December 12, 2017 – February 1, 2017**
Tuesday/Thursday – 4:15-5:15 pm
(*upon completion of the 8 week program, athletes may continue training at $25 per week)
(**if space is available, new participants may enter program at a pro-rated rate)
The TSF SPORTS program is led by Coach LaDonna, a strength and conditioning specialist with over 18 years of experience. LaDonna is a former athlete who played softball and basketball year round for 8 years while in school. She was also part of a collegiate women’s flag football team who won 2 regional championships and finished 6th in the nation. She currently holds a black belt from World Class Martial Arts in Muay Thai Kickboxing and has some training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She worked as a strength and conditioning coach for Velocity Sports Performance and as a Personal Trainer at American Family Fitness and Victory Lady before joining the military. LaDonna is an Air Force veteran who served 4 years on active duty and 3 years in the Air National Guard. She is currently pursuing a Personal Trainer certification. LaDonna holds a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance from Virginia Commonwealth University. She also holds a second bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Business Management from ECPI University as of August 2017.
TSF Sports is supported by Stephanie Ward, CPT, Sports Performance Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Functional Specialist and owner of Train Strong Fit. The combination of LaDonna and Stephanie’s enthusiasm, education and experience provides a unique but proven coaching style that can efficiently and effectively increase performance standards.
