YOUTH TRAINING PROGRAMS

TSF SPORTS  &  TSF THRIVE!

At TSF we are not only passionate about helping our adult clients with their health and fitness, we want to make our young adults a priority too!  We understand the importance of good health and exercise and recognize that it’s critical to provide programs that encourage our youth to be active, fit and even more competitive in their chosen sport!

Our TSF SPORTS program is designed for the middle / high school athlete who wants to continue training through the summer and gain a competitive edge in their sport for the upcoming season.  GIVE YOUR ATHLETE AN ADVANTAGE OVER THE COMPETITION WITH OUR EXCLUSIVE SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAM! Our Sports Performance classes address the specific needs of teens and high school athletics. Education and performance focused training by certified personal trainers includes flexibility, strength, speed and agility in a small group setting. This allow for personalized training within a competitive team atmosphere.

  • 10 Week Camp – $290 per athlete

  • Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 4:30-5:30 pm

Our TSF THRIVE program is for youth ages 12-18 who are interested in learning about exercise, nutrition and becoming more active! You don’t have to be an athlete to be a THRIVE member as this program is for all kids with all levels of athleticism.  THRIVE is designed to increase strength, stamina, cardiovascular endurance, body awareness and confidence in your child.  It is structured very much like our adult classes but with activities and exercises that are age appropriate for teens.

Both the TSF SPORTS and TSF THRIVE programs are led by Certified Personal Trainer & Sports Performance Specialist Jamaal Guy who has been working with youth in sports performance training for the past 6 years.  Jamaal is very passionate about working with his clients to educate, motivate, and expand their knowledge through training that truly brings measurable improvement and results. Both programs are supported by Stephanie Ward, CPT, Sports Performance Nutrition Specialist and owner of TSF. The combination of Jamaal and Stephanie’s enthusiasm, education and experience provides a unique but proven coaching style that can efficiently and effectively increase performance standards.
