Do you challenge yourself when you workout? In class we do it all the time!
Last last week Joy came in for her Monday workout after ROCKIN’ her first 5k mud obstacle race (a huge milestone) and declared that her legs were too tired to squat. Well, we had one of many activities during class that included a squat hold on a bosu while holding out a 10# dumbbell at arms length for 1 minute. Well, there’s no stopping this girl when she’s on FIRE! Guess who knocked out a record breaking 2 minute squat hold on the bosu? You go JOY!
