GROUP TRAINING CLIENT

I started going to the gym thanks to Stephanie and a NY resolution to stop making them and DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT than I had been!  That saying, “if you continue to do the same thing, you will get the same results!” holds true. I attended WW for years and took a dance class, but could never really sustain any results. I ran into Stephanie and the rest is history!!  She is SO motivational and truly works with each client supporting them to succeed!! She has been able to make me (with a huge smile on HER face) do things that I never would have imagined!!

In the first 3 weeks, I lost 5 inches; within 10 weeks, I lost a total of 12 inches. It is amazing how much stronger my core and endurance have improved! I never thought that I could truly ‘miss’ going to exercise, but I do! Stephanie makes it fun and just when you think you are ‘going to die’, she changes up the exercise. The class actually flies by and I have made many new friends.

Everyone there is supportive of one another and you don’t feel looked down upon if you don’t come in with that perfect figure, like at the big gyms!  Why else would we be there??!  OH, to get healthy!  My husband joined the gym with me and we are truly enjoying working out and sweating together!! (September 2014)
