Can you believe that our doors opened officially 3 years ago today?  Train Strong Fit is an amazing place for people to come together to exercise, motivate, discuss healthy nutrition and change their lives for the better!  We promote healthy lifestyle and fitness and we help people achieve their weight loss goals, build strong bodies and minds, increase muscle, improve definition and increase stamina and performance!  We have grown so much in the past 3 years and we can’t wait to see what the next 3 years will bring for our members!

We are a unique place where men and women of all levels of athleticism work together as a team.  We push hard, we laugh, smile, groan, sweat and grow together!  We motivate our clients with positive reinforcement, encouragement and praise.  Our trainers are knowledgeable, passionate, caring and truly want the best for each and every member. We learn what each of our members goals are and we help them work towards those goals in each class. We are able to spend time individually with each member while working in our small group personal training classes, which ensures their success!

We have helped our clients lose hundreds of pounds and inches, gain muscle and definition and improve their overall health over the past 3 years!  We are always looking for new ways to challenge our clients and keep our workouts interesting so they’ll never get bored.  We are adding 2 new classes to our schedule this month beginning September 18th.  We are introducing our accelerated early morning class from 5:30 am – 6:20 am and our accelerated lunchtime class from 12:00 pm to 12:50 pm!  We are thrilled to be able to now offer 5 opportunities for our clients to get their workouts in each day!
