Group Training Classes
Our group training classes are intense but FUN and mix full body strength & weight training, cardiovascular conditioning, HIIT (high intensity interval training), core strengthening, agility and mobility training all in one! Classes are designed to get your heart rate up quickly, get your metabolism burning fat and your body building muscle for hours, even after you’ve finished your workout.
TRAIN STRONG FIT prefers to keep it fun and upbeat with great music and passionate motivating trainers! You’ll be working hard but you’ll be working alongside men and women who are here for the same goal! Our workouts are different every day and designed to work each part of your body throughout the week so you won’t over train OR get bored! The ENERGY is HIGH and so are our spirits! We are one big happy TRAIN STRONG FIT family – we call ourselves TSF NATION!
WE ARE NOT A BOOTCAMP! We’re much more than just push-ups and burpees, although you’ll learn to love those too! 😉 You’ll be trained by certified trainers who LOVE what they do and want to help you get in the best shape of your life! They will focus on your form and execution of each exercise to ensure you get the full benefit from each class. Our trainers know how to push you to give your very best during each and every class. We offer training in a small group environment, which translates to a more personal workout and better results for you!
Group Training Class Schedule
We offer 5 convenient class times per day at 5:30 am, 6:30 am, 9:30 am 12:00 pm, and 5:45 pm Monday through Friday. Classes run from $7 – $18 per class depending on your level of commitment. New Members each get a FREE Tee Shirt, FREE Drawstring Gym Bag, FREE Water Bottle, TSF Towel and a FREE Key Carabiner too!
